In 1986 Hart Engineering applied for and received the first Community
Development Block Grant for the City of Tiffin. In the following years
many of our clients have been awarded Community Development Block
Grants assisting them with the cost of improving their communities
infrastructure.

Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C. has continued in the same path, obtaining
Iowa Department of Economic Development, CDBG Water/Sewer Funds,
RISE, U-STEP, ISTEA, TEA-21, grants for our clients to aid in the cost of financing their infrastructure needs.
