Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C., located in Tiffin, Iowa, was founded in 1996, when Hart Engineering and Frederick Surveying and Engineering merged.

President, Michael W. Hart, P.E. has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and Vice President Douglas Frederick, P.E., P.L.S., has over 20 years of civil engineering land surveying experience.  Along with a dedicated staff of engineers, surveyors and support staff, HFC is proud to provide engineering, surveying and planning services predominantly to smaller communities and private clients located in east-central Iowa.
